Contact Rick & Shirley

Shirley was born in Welland, Ontario and grew up in the Niagara region. Shirley and a girlfriend decided to drive across the country to Edmonton on a summer vacation. Upon realizing the job opportunities were much greater out west, Shirley drove back home to Dunnville Ontario, packed a few possessions into her car and at 18 years old, young Shirley turned around within two weeks leaving family and friends behind she drove back to Edmonton in search of full time employment.

Rick was born and raised in Edmonton and has witnessed may changes to the city’s landscape. Upon graduating from McNally Composite High School on the City’s south side. At 18 years old and unsure what he wanted to take at University, Rick secured a temporary job with the City of Edmonton. After transferring through a few different City departments and graduating from the Canadian College of Paramedics which allowed him the opportunity to teach several courses with the EPCOR Training Centre. Rick ended his summertime, temporary job, 36 years later as a Manager with EPCOR. All his life Rick has been dedicated to helping people, Experior has allowed him to carry on with that desire.

Shirley had a variety of jobs after arriving in Edmonton eventually ending her career with the Edmonton City Police in 2006 after replacing her annual income by transitioning into the financial industry. While still continuing to play hockey in her later years she also coached both of her daughters teams. She thoroughly loved the gratification of seeing all the children grow and excel at something they enjoyed. It was an easy transition into helping families flourish with sound financial advice. Experior has provided an opportunity to build a sustainable, diverse business, that they own and will support them in retirement. They are extremely excited about their Experior adventure.
